Junior Sales Engineer (Bayan Lepas, Penang)
Description
•Perform general clerical office work such as Data Entry, Marketing material preparation, Filling, Documentation and etc..
•Reception duty such as answering incoming phone call.
•Handle Daily Expenses Account, and sales documentation and etc…
•Recording Stocks – Print stock listing, Update stock
•Other Ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

•Academic Qualifications : Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) - minimum
•Fresh graduate or candidate whom planning for short term job is also encouraged to apply
•Spoken and Writing in English & Mandarin.
•Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word and Excel is a must), UBS Accounting & Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop will be a plus+
•Good Sense of Responsibility, Commitment to Work and high sense of urgency.
•Independent – able to work under minimal supervision, Trustworthy and dependable
